This has to be one of the strangest/coolest cars I've ever seen! It appears to be a Secma Fun 500, and is the same length as an MCC Smart (2.5 meters), but appears to be about half the height!
Actually, it's about 1.1 meters tall, while the Smart is just short of 1.6 meters tall, but that half meter makes a *huge* difference.
Anyway, I rate this as the coolest car I've seen to date.
